the process
-
We’ll explore your challenges, aspirations, and vision for the future, whilst determining if we're the right fit to be working together. Bring any questions you may have about the journey ahead to this session.
-
Before our first session, I’ll send you an exercise to do in your own time. This isn’t a test - many of my clients say that even this little piece of self-exploration can shed so much light on what’s really important to them. We will then touch on this in your first session.
-
Running a business often means dealing with challenges in real time, and sometimes our coaching sessions will need to focus on urgent issues that require immediate attention. At the same time, it’s important not to lose sight of the bigger picture. That’s why alongside tackling day-to-day obstacles, we’ll also work on the deeper foundations that drive your long-term success.
This can include:
Identifying and challenging limiting beliefs or habits that may be holding you back in your business decisions.
Clarifying your core values so your business aligns with what truly matters to you.
Strengthening your ability to overcome setbacks and reframe unhelpful narratives that can keep you stuck.
Developing clear, actionable steps each week so you continue making steady progress toward your bigger goals.
-
The length of our work together depends on your goals and the type of support you need. Some business owners choose ongoing coaching, valuing the accountability, challenge, and trusted sounding board that regular sessions provide as their businesses grow and evolve. Others come to me with a specific objective in mind and achieve the transformation they’re looking for within a set block of sessions.
Whichever path is right for you, my door remains open. Many clients return periodically for check-ins — a chance to review progress, realign priorities, and keep their business moving forward with focus,
“Working with Jordan has been such an insightful experience. She completely understood me and knew exactly how to support me through difficult topics that I’ve struggled to address previously. I was always left me feeling a strong sense of hope and positivity. And when she chose to offer her insight, it was always gently put and relevant. Through Jordan's coaching, I’ve seen my business flourish, but also feel like I know myself in a new dimension. Thank you Jordan, for everything you invested into our sessions. You really made a difference.”

FAQs
-
For clients both in the UK and internationally who are seeking personal coaching, sessions are held online via Google Meets. For those based in Bristol or the surrounding areas, I offer walking coaching sessions, or in-person sessions in BS3.
-
If you’re Bristol-based, or willing to travel into Bristol, then of course you can mix up the mode of our sessions. I’ll just need 24 hours notice prior to our next session commencing.
-
Forward momentum is key to coaching. As a result, there will be certain steps, activities, or tasks, that you’ll leave our sessions with - though these are not compulsory, most of my clients feel motivated to follow them through.
Some weeks however, life might get in the way and you may feel unable to follow through with your steps. This is completely fine - I don’t hold any expectations, they’re simply there to keep the ball rolling between our sessions if they feel helpful. -
Yes absolutely - just let me know what your employer needs to start the process and we can get the ball rolling.
-
Payment is via BACS. Wherever possible, I prefer single payments for blocks of sessions. However, if paying for a block isn’t possible for you, please contact me and we can discuss breaking down your payments into smaller instalments.

Yes - if you run your own business, coaching is tax deductible as it falls under the ‘professional service’ category.
